Bu politika, mobil uygulamanın yerel özelliklerini ve uygulama içinde açılan sahmatkpss.com web hizmetini kapsar.
Uygulama içindeki web hizmetinde hesap oluşturduğunuzda ad, soyad ve e-posta adresi gibi hesap bilgileri işlenebilir.
Soru cevapları, kaydedilen sorular ve çalışma istatistikleri, kullandığınız özelliğe göre cihazınızda veya web hizmetindeki hesabınızla ilişkili olarak saklanabilir.
Web hizmetine bağlandığınızda IP adresi, erişim zamanı, tarayıcı ve işletim sistemi bilgileri gibi teknik veriler sunucu günlüklerinde işlenebilir.
Bu veriler; hizmeti sunmak, oturumları yönetmek, çalışma ilerlemesini göstermek, güvenliği sağlamak ve teknik sorunları gidermek amacıyla kullanılır.
Çevrimdışı soru bölümündeki cevaplar, kaydedilen sorular ve hatırlatma tercihleri cihazda saklanır. Bu bölüm bu kayıtları bir sunucuya göndermez ve web hesabıyla eşitlemez.
Çevrimdışı bölümün Ayarlar ekranından cihazdaki çalışma kayıtlarını silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem web hesabınızdaki verileri silmez.
Cihazda saklanan veriler, işletim sisteminin yedekleme ayarlarına bağlı olarak cihaz yedeklerine dahil olabilir.
Çalışma hatırlatmaları telefonunuzda yerel olarak planlanır. Bildirim iznini reddedebilir veya cihazınızın sistem ayarlarından değiştirebilirsiniz.
Cihazın saat dilimi, hatırlatmaları yerel saate göre planlamak için kullanılır.
Uygulama içindeki web hizmeti, oturum açmayı ve çalışma özelliklerini sağlamak için çerezler ve yerel depolama kullanabilir.
Web hizmetindeki çerez tercihlerini mevcut “Çerez tercihleri” seçeneğinden yönetebilirsiniz. Oturum verilerinin silinmesi yeniden giriş yapmanızı gerektirebilir.
Bu sürümde reklam, abonelik veya uygulama içi satın alma bulunmamaktadır.
Bu özellikler gelecekte eklenirse gizlilik politikası ve gerekli izinler, özellikler kullanıma sunulmadan önce güncellenecektir.
Web hizmetinin çalışması için kullanılan barındırma ve altyapı sağlayıcıları, hizmetin sunulması kapsamında teknik veya hesap verilerini işleyebilir.
Uygulamada bulunan harici bağlantılar açıldığında, ilgili hizmetin kendi gizlilik politikası geçerli olur.
Cihazdaki çalışma kayıtları, siz bu kayıtları silene veya uygulama verileri kaldırılana kadar saklanabilir. İşletim sistemi yedeklerinde bulunan kopyalar, ilgili yedekleme hizmetinin koşullarına tabidir.
Sunucudaki verilerin saklanması; hizmetin sağlanması, güvenlik ihtiyaçları ve geçerli yasal yükümlülüklere göre belirlenir.
Web hesabınız veya kişisel verileriniz hakkında erişim, düzeltme ve silme taleplerinizi iletisim@sahmatkpss.com adresine gönderebilirsiniz. Talepler, kimlik doğrulaması ve geçerli yasal yükümlülükler dikkate alınarak değerlendirilir.
Web hizmetiyle bağlantılarda HTTPS kullanılır. Bununla birlikte, hiçbir elektronik saklama veya aktarım yöntemi mutlak güvenlik garantisi vermez.
Bu politika değiştirildiğinde güncel metin bu sayfada yayımlanır ve son güncelleme tarihi değiştirilir.

This policy covers the mobile application’s local features and the sahmatkpss.com web service displayed within the application.
When you create an account through the web service within the application, account information such as your name, surname and email address may be processed.
Question answers, saved questions and study statistics may be stored on your device or associated with your web service account, depending on the feature used.
When you connect to the web service, technical information such as your IP address, access time, browser and operating system information may be processed in server logs.
This information is used to provide the service, manage sessions, display study progress, maintain security and resolve technical issues.
Answers, saved questions and reminder preferences in the offline question section are stored on your device. This section does not send these records to a server or synchronise them with your web account.
You can delete local study records from the Settings screen in the offline section. This does not delete data associated with your web account.
Local data may be included in device backups, depending on your operating system’s backup settings.
Study reminders are scheduled locally on your phone. You can decline notification permission or change it through your device’s system settings.
Your device’s time zone is used to schedule reminders according to local time.
The web service within the application may use cookies and local storage to support sign-in and study features.
You can manage the web service’s cookie preferences through its “Cookie preferences” option. Deleting session data may require you to sign in again.
This version does not contain advertising, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
If these features are introduced in the future, this privacy policy and any required permissions will be updated before those features become available.
Hosting and infrastructure providers supporting the web service may process technical or account information as necessary to provide the service.
When you open external links available within the application, the privacy policy of the relevant external service applies.
Local study records may remain on your device until you delete them or the application’s data is removed. Copies stored in operating system backups are subject to the relevant backup service’s terms.
Retention of server-side data depends on service requirements, security needs and applicable legal obligations.
You can send requests concerning access, correction or deletion of your web account or personal information to iletisim@sahmatkpss.com. Requests are assessed subject to identity verification and applicable legal obligations.
Connections to the web service use HTTPS. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission guarantees absolute security.
